Some things to know when booking an appointment:
Are you a new patient, have had recent surgery, a new injury, or returning to the clinic after one year? An Initial Assessment is required.
The clinic welcomes patients 18 years or older.
Payment is required upon booking. Your insurance receipt is provided at the appointment.
Free street parking is available.Our reception area is not open to the public. Please arrive only 5 min prior to your scheduled time.
Refunds are not provided after payment has been submitted. If you cancel your appointment and do not reschedule, your paid appointment fee is documented as a credit on your file. Fees are nonrefundable.

Clinic hours Mon- Thurs 9am-430pm. Fri-9am-12pm.We are closed on Stat holidays. The clinic phone is not attended to during off hours but we will respond as soon as possible to any messages.

Please respect our time. Your appointments time is reserved exclusively for you. We never double book. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please call or text us at 306-533-4387 within 24 business hours. You can also reschedule on your Jane account. Payment is required for appointment cancellations without sufficient notice. We kindly request that Mon appointments are to be cancelled on Friday before close. We reserve the right to limit the caseload at any time.

About the clinic: Body Connections Fitness and Massage Therapy is owned and operated by Laurie Idema-Wood since 2004:

Laurie is a veteran in the fitness and rehabilitation industries, with decades of experience and numerous credentials. She has a special interest in orthopedics, myofascial release, exercise prescription for clinical/athletic populations, and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization. Her passion is assisting patients in returning to activities they enjoy.

Exercise Prescription/ Exercise Therapy for clinical or athletic populations.Several sessions are required. This appointment may include lifestyle assessment, counseling, and/or an exercise program. Covered by some workplace insurance plans, group benefits or health care spending accounts. Laurie holds credentials with the Canadian Kinesiology Alliance, National Strength and Conditioning Association, Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology- CEP, Yoga Alliance, Saskatchewan Parks and Recreation and more.
